HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) – The Hampton Police Division responded to a call at a shopping center along Nickerson Blvd. Wednesday afternoon.
It was originally a medical call, received at 12:21 p.m., but when they responded it became a suspicious package scene.
Cpl. Shaun Stalnaker with Hampton Police said the bomb squad was called to investigate.
