Bay Area teenagers arrested for pop-up party homicide targeting rapper

(KRON) — A group of teenagers, including two from the San Francisco Bay Area, were attempting to shoot a rapper during a pop-up party in Sacramento County when innocent bystanders were struck by bullets, investigators said. One of the bystanders, a woman who was attempting to leave in an Uber, was caught in crossfire and died at the scene.

The pop-up party shooting happened at 4366 Auburn Boulevard in Sacramento County around midnight on March 15, sheriff’s officials said.

Large crowds had gathered inside and outside the Auburn Boulevard building for the party when a gun battle broke out between the group from the Bay Area and the rapper’s group, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said…
