18-year-old man accused of burglarizing closed Ocala tattoo shop

An 18-year-old Ocala man was arrested for felony burglary after he allegedly entered a closed tattoo shop and repeatedly triggered a security alarm.

Shortly after 4 p.m. on Monday, August 24, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to Philly Inkz, LLC, located at 2480 SE 58th Avenue in Ocala, following a report of a commercial burglary alarm at the shop, according to the arrest report.

Upon arrival, the deputy reportedly found the back door of the business unlocked. Dispatch advised that a male suspect wearing camouflage had entered the business through the back door twice before running away from the building…
