I think it is IMPERATIVE that a set of rules, guidelines and regulations is put into place to control and manage those who rent out their Villages properties.
It is first and foremost a retirement community, not a business venture for those wanting to just make a dollar by having a revolving door on their properties for anyone willing to pay the rent (outside construction workers, families, etc.).
I have personally seen the trashy cars and huge pickup trucks, late hours, loud or excessive noise, physical trash and completely UNKEMPT properties generated by these thoughtless and careless individuals. The impact on the neighborhoods, especially for those just wanting to enjoy retirement, needs to be controlled or The Villages will slowly become communities like those people are trying to escape from (Section 8 housing/dirtholes) by moving here…
