An inspector found several violations at a popular cigar and wine bar in The Villages.

The inspector paid a visit to Holy Sh’mokes at 1521 Buenos Aires Blvd. in The Villages on April 9 and found that its operating license with the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants had expired on April 1, according to a report on file with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

The inspector also found Nacho Cheese dated March 22 that had exceeded a seven-day limit for use after opening. The inspector issued a “Stop Sale” order for the Nacho Cheese. There was also a dish machine that was not operating properly and the cigar and wine bar did not have the proper certification for a food service manager…
