OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Mellow Mushroom has introduced a major menu update featuring new salads and an expanded beverage program, now available at locations nationwide, including in Ocala.
The Atlanta-based pizza chain announced the rollout began April 28, marking what the company calls its largest menu update to date.
The refreshed menu includes a lineup of reimagined salads and new options designed to offer lighter fare alongside the brand’s signature pizzas. New additions include the Asian Crunch salad, featuring pineapple, crispy onions and a creamy Asian dressing, and the Apple Harvest salad with apples, cheeses and candied pecans…
