Oklahoma City woman faces HOA fines for window AC during summer heat
OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City woman is fighting her homeowners’ association over a window air-conditioning unit while she waits to replace her home’s costly HVAC system. The association will not grant Krystal Deak an extension through the summer and is now tacking on fees.
