Norman Rock Creek Entertainment District faces lawsuit over tax increment financing
NORMAN, Okla. – A Cleveland County judge will hear motions in a lawsuit against Norman’s Rock Creek Entertainment District Tuesday afternoon.
Norman’s Rock Creek Entertainment District is a $1 billion project set to open in 2028.
