The Oklahoma State Fair will celebrate the Route 66 Centennial this year, and the fair will highlight the state’s music roots with the Route 66 Red Dirt Music Festival. On Saturday, September 19, fair attendees can enjoy a free concert featuring three Red Dirt musicians: Wade Bowen, William Clark Green, and Cam Allen.
The Oklahoma State Fair will take place September 17-27 at the OKC Fair Park in Oklahoma City. The Route 66 Red Dirt Music Festival will kickoff at 7 p.m. Saturday, September 19, at the Chickasaw County Entertainment Stage. All shows at the Chickasaw County Entertainment Stage are free to attend with fair admission.
