KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) – An Omaha man is in custody following a multi-agency pursuit on Interstate 80 of a stolen U-Haul in central Nebraska.
Jeffrey J. Ritchison, 40, was arrested for flight to avoid arrest and robbery after an incident that unfolded overnight, beginning in Kearney. There may be additional charges pending.
