KEARNEY — An Omaha man charged following a pursuit on Interstate 80 involving a stolen U-Haul has pleaded not guilty in Buffalo County District Court.
Jeffrey Ritchison, 40, is charged with robbery, a Class 2 felony, operating vehicle to avoid arrest, a Class 4 felony and habitual criminal, a felony.
