OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Omaha police arrested a man for allegedly breaking the windows of a police cruiser in the Old Market.
OPD shared pictures from Sept. 5 at 12th and Howard Street. Officers found the cruiser with five broken windows, including a shattered windshield.
