COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (WOWT) – The man arrested after a missing child was found in Council Bluffs has changed his plea.
Devon Miller reached a plea agreement, pleading guilty to transportation of a minor.
In August of last year, officials say a 12-year-old child was reported missing from her home in Omaha.
