OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A Hoffman Estates, Illinois man has been charged with reckless motor vehicle homicide this week, nearly a year after a crash killed a Columbus, Nebraska, man on I-80.
Vasyl Melnychuk, 35, was booked into the Sarpy County Jail on April 8.
