Omaha man sentenced to federal prison for selling fentanyl that caused death

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A federal judge sentenced an Omaha man to more than 20 years in prison for selling fentanyl that caused a person’s death.

Paul Billingsley, 66, was found guilty of selling fentanyl to a person named Elissa Larson in May of 2024.

Within an hour of selling the fentanyl, Larson distributed the drug to another person who overdosed and died…
