Renters seeking a one-bedroom apartment in the Orlando metropolitan area must still earn nearly $70,000 a year — or make roughly $33 an hour, working full-time — to comfortably afford the average one-bedroom apartment.
That’s according to a new report from the National Low Income Housing Coalition, which takes into account how much a person would need to earn in order to afford housing without spending more than 30 percent of their income on housing costs.
