DeBary, Fla. (WFLA)— A Florida man was arrested after an investigation uncovered that he hid a webcam in an underage girl’s bedroom and shared the live stream with another man online, the Volusia Sheriff’s Office said.
Jeffrey Fischer, 44, of DeBary, was arrested after the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office said it discovered texts between Fischer and his “partner in crime,” Daniel Rodriguez, 35.
According to deputies, Fischer hid the camera in the underage girl’s bedroom before sharing the live stream with Rodriguez and sent multiple texts either fantasizing about or planning to abuse her.
Fischer also used AI to create explicit images and videos of the victim, another teen victim, and three adult women for his and others’ pleasure, VSO said…
