Florida is set to execute William Frances Silvia Jr. on Tuesday for the 2006 shooting death of his estranged wife in Seminole County.
Silvia, 61, is scheduled to receive a lethal injection at 6 p.m. at Florida State Prison in Raiford. If carried out, he would become the 13th person executed in Florida this year.
