The discussion on the Kelly Park Road Pioneering Agreement is scheduled for the commission’s Aug. 19 meeting, which begins at 5 p.m. at Apopka City Hall. The agenda sets aside 30 minutes for the discussion.

The agreement involves the city and three developers: Kelly Park VB Development LLC, Golden Gem Investments LLC and Galvin-Harris Land Services LLC.
