Orange County considers new homeless services center

ORLANDO, Fla. — It’s an effort to help homeless people living in east Orange County. The county wants to build a 150-bed center with full services to help people transition out of homelessness.

Government leaders met Monday evening with neighbors and advocates for homeless individuals at the Goldenrod Recreation Center in Winter Park to discuss the services the facility would offer if county leaders approve the project.
