Prairie Village police attempting to identify car in recent hit-and-run

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Prairie Village Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the car involved in a hit-and-run incident earlier this month.

The police department said the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 1. The suspect car was speeding south from Shawnee Mission Parkway on Nall Avenue.

Police said the driver continued to drive recklessly and struck a person in a crosswalk. The person struck was reported to have minor injuries…
