Former Wrestler Charles Scaggs Jailed in Kansas City After Brandishing Gun

Former professional wrestler Charles “2 Cold Scorpio” Scaggs was jailed in Kansas City, Missouri, after admitting in court on September 17 that he brandished a firearm while out on bond. A judge revoked his bond, finding the violation a danger to public safety. Scaggs now awaits sentencing in custody.

The former WWF, WCW, and ECW star was taken into custody following an afternoon hearing on September 17. Prosecutors filed a motion last week asking the court to revoke his bond and remand him to jail, and the reason behind that request stayed under wraps until Scaggs acknowledged the gun incident in front of the judge.

The court didn’t soften its ruling. According to court records, the judge found: “Court finds and believes Defendant to be clearly in violation of his bond conditions, and that said violation is a danger to public safety.”…
