KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man is behind bars facing a murder charge following a deadly shooting near a Midtown pharmacy.
Forty-nine-year-old Ihsan Mahmud is charged with second-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action and one count of unlawful use of a weapon in court documents filed this week in Jackson County.
