SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — Churches and religious institutions in two Santa Rosa County fire districts will now be exempt from paying certain property taxes, including a fire protection fee.
Historically, these assessments have made up a significant portion of the budget for Avalon Beach and Pace fire districts.
