ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — The owner of a used car dealership is charged with harassing a Mexican restaurant owner for the past 10 months in Escambia County.
Deputies arrested Abdallah Alashqar on June 18 on a stalking charge. He was released from Escambia County Jail the next day on $15,000 bond.
