Baldwin County Awards More Than $12 Million for 10 Recovery Projects

Jubilee Point Road’s Elevation Project in Orange Beach is among the funded projects.

Orange Beach, Ala. — (OBA) — Baldwin County has awarded more than $12 million to fund 10 local infrastructure projects. The funding will support water, sewer, drainage, roadway, and other public infrastructure. County officials said the projects address infrastructure affected by Hurricanes Sally and Zeta. One award will fund elevating Jubilee Point Road in Orange Beach.

The Baldwin County Commission announced the awards on September 14, 2026. The projects were funded through the Local Government Recovery Infrastructure Program (LGRIP).
