ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — An Escambia County mother says a change in the county’s public transportation system has left her disabled son without a reliable way to get to work, and sometimes stranded.
Rosemary Brown’s son, Dylan Calvagne, has down syndrome. He relies on bus services to get to and from work at Corry Station.
