FOLEY, Ala. (WPMI) – Celebrating its 20th year of flying, the Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival will take sail at OWA Parks & Resort for the 4th year in a row. The festival will take place on May 2 through 4 and promises high-flying excitement and tons of family fun, showcasing over 50-plus balloons from across the nation.
