Sea Forever Navarre, a home listed by the Santa Rosa County Property Appraiser’s Office as a “single-family superstructure,” recently sold for a record $6.7 million.
“Homes are selling faster and for more money, and a $6.7 million Gulf-front sale just set a new benchmark for the region,” a news release issued by Navarre Area Board of Realtors executive Laura Tilley said.
The 11,000-square-foot four-level Navarre Beach residence features six bedrooms and six baths.
