Former Sixers Owner’s Huntingdon Valley Estate Returns to Market for $3.9M

A sprawling Huntingdon Valley estate once owned by former Philadelphia 76ers owner Harold Katz is back on the market, writes Ryan Mulligan for The Philadelphia Business Journal.

The property’s massive private sports complex is once again drawing attention across the region. The nearly seven-acre Montgomery County property recently re-entered the market for $3.9 million, just months after selling for $2.47 million earlier this year.
