A teenager was in the process of manufacturing a handgun with a 3D printer when authorities raided his East Germantown apartment last week, authorities said.
Kiseem Pressley, 18, advertised his firearms on social media, which drew the attention of investigators, representatives from the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office said Monday.
