A $20,000 reward is being offered in the hopes of tracking down the person who stabbed a woman to death in North Philadelphia on Monday.
According to police, the deadly attack happened at about 5:50 p.m. on the 1300 block of West Lehigh Avenue when a 28-year-old woman suffered multiple stab wounds.
