A Port Richmond mother of four says a large, rat-infested hole in the street outside her home has become a growing safety concern for neighborhood, as well as unsuspecting drivers.
The hole is located on the 3300 block of Miller Street. Breanne Rod said she has spent months trying to get the city to permanently repair it and worries someone could be seriously hurt.
