National Weather Service report details Philadelphia microburst damage

A series of four microbursts hit the city of Philadelphia and surrounding areas Saturday afternoon, causing felled trees, structural damage and flooding.

Mayor Cherelle Parker issued a Declaration of Disaster Emergency amid recovery efforts following the July 11 storm as the city continues its emergency response.
