PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, PA — A retail theft suspect discarded a loaded handgun in a sewer grate while fleeing from police at a Target store on Chemical Road, authorities said.
Johnathan Latore Shaquan Ward was arrested Aug. 15 after allegedly attempting to steal multiple containers of baby formula from the Target at 2250 Chemical Road.
