Investigators are expected to return Monday to a home at the center of a high-profile investigation that has drawn national attention and is expected to disrupt the surrounding Olney neighborhood for at least a week.
Police and local leaders met with residents Sunday afternoon to discuss the next phase of the investigation involving Eugene Horsch and his late father, Raymond “R.C.” Horsch, who lived at the West Chew Avenue property.
