A two-vehicle crash in Mesa on Sunday afternoon sent six people to the hospital, including four children who were riding together in one of the vehicles. One adult suffered serious injuries, while everyone else involved, including the four children, was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Mesa police said officers responded just before 3 p.m. to the crash near Country Club Drive and McKellips Road, according to KTAR News 92.3 FM. Authorities are investigating whether impairment played a role in the collision, though no charges have been announced as of Sunday’s report.
