PHOENIX — The Arizona Animal Welfare League needs to empty the kennels. Due to them being full, the organization is offering $0 adoption fees on all dogs on Saturday, including puppies.
“The goal is to make space for incoming dogs from rural rescue partners who urgently need placement,” the organization said. “Each adoption directly opens a spot to save another life.”
