PHOENIX — A man has life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car in west Phoenix, according to officials with the city’s police department.
Officers responded to the area of 43rd Avenue and Thomas Road for reports of a person being hit by a car just after 8 p.m. and found a man who was injured. He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.
The driver who hit the man stayed at the scene. Speed and impairment are not believed to be factors in the crash, police said…
