BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) — A local contractor convicted of theft in the past pleaded guilty to a lesser charge in Mercer County after the judge withdrew a theft by deception charge.
John Bartos pleaded guilty Wednesday to disorderly conduct in connection with an offense out of Allegheny County. A sentencing date hasn’t been set yet.
