An investigation is underway after a deadly pedestrian crash involving an Amtrak train took place in Edgewood.
The crash occurred on the tracks near Pittsburgh Regional Transit’s East Busway on Wednesday morning, and the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
At the time of the crash, Pittsburgh Regional Transit said that the busway is shut down in both directions due to a “police investigation.”…
