LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster County jury has convicted a FedEx driver who was distracted by his phone before a crash that killed a father and two children on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
The Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office says the jury found Santos Valentin guilty on July 10 of three counts of homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter.
