Formed in Jersey City in the early 1960s, The Duprees followed their breakthrough with hits including “My Own True Love” and “Why Don’t You Believe Me.”
Current lead singer Tommy Petillo first joined the group in 1978 and performed alongside original members Mike Arnone, Joe Santolo, and John Salvato. Today, Petillo, Jimmy Spinelli, and Shawn Stevens continue touring with The Duprees, carrying the group’s catalog to audiences around the country.
