FORT PIERCE, Fla. (CBS12) — A man is in the hospital after being found on a sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound in Fort Pierce.
At about 9:45 p.m. Sunday, the Fort Pierce Police Department heard gunfire in the area of 23rd Street and Avenue E. Upon arrival, officers found the man suffering from a gunshot wound. Police say the victim is in stable condition at the hospital.
FPPD says investigators determined the suspect was seen fleeing the area toward the 1100 block of Avenue E. The suspect was wearing a blue hoodie and black pants and was described as having dreadlocks…
