Florida officer completes Uber Eats order after delivery driver hits customer’s truck, flees: police

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (WFLA) — A police officer delivered an Uber Eats order to a home in Port St. Lucie after a delivery driver crashed into the customer’s truck and fled, according to authorities.

The Port St. Lucie Police Department said its officers responded to a hit-and-run crash on Sunday involving an Uber Eats delivery driver. A neighbor caught the crash on a Ring camera.
