STUART, Fla. (CBS12) — A man has been accused of exploiting the personal information of an 87-year-old victim to orchestrate a fraudulent vehicle purchase.
The Stuart Police Department announced on Tuesday that detectives received reports of a fraudulent transaction involving a vehicle bought with stolen funds on May 1.
