Florida Repo Man Gets Punched, Shot by Homeowner Yelling ‘Get Out! This Is Private Property!’

Omar Sueque was filmed punching a 28-year-old tow truck driver in the face before pulling out a gun and shooting at him at least four times, neighbors said

A 59-year-old Florida man was arrested after he put a tow truck driver who was trying he tried to repossess his SUV in the hospital.

According to WQCS , Port St. Lucie police arrested Omar Sueque after he allegedly shot a 28-year-old repossession agent, later identified as Triston Hastings, outside of his home on Thursday.

Footage of the altercation recorded by a neighbor and shared by news station WPBF showed Sueque punching Hastings in the face as he tried to remove an SUV from a driveway.

After getting punched, Hastings exits the truck and chases Sueque into his garage, where the two men continue yelling at each other.

“Get out! Get out! This is private property!” Sueque can be heard yelling in the video, per WPBF .

While speaking to the outlet, the neighbor, who did not want to give her name, said she stopped filming to check on her family when Sueque emerged from his home with a gun.
