FORT PIERCE, Fla. (CBS12) — One person is dead after a Tuesday night shooting along South U.S. 1 in Fort Pierce.
Investigators say the shooting happened around 7:15 p.m.in the 4600 block of S. U.S. 1, near Cash Out Gold and Silver and Mercedes-Benz of Fort Pierce.
Officials with the Fort Pierce Police Department say one adult victim was found with gunshot wounds and pronounced dead.
The case remains active, and few details have been released. Authorities have not said whether a suspect is in custody…
