PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A burglary suspect was forcibly removed from a Multnomah County courtroom Tuesday after banging his head against plexiglass and yelling at his alleged victim during her testimony.
Nicholas Claudio was arrested Sunday and charged with burglary, vandalism and assaulting an officer. He is accused of breaking into a southeast Portland home and attacking police officers who responded to the scene.
