Jefferson High School breaks ground on long-awaited $466 million rebuild in north Portland

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Jefferson High School broke ground Friday afternoon on its new multimillion-dollar campus in north Portland, marking the start of a major modernization project for the 117-year-old school.

The new Jefferson High School will be built on the north end of the existing 14-acre campus, facing North Killingsworth Street.
